Hi this is Ayan and Alp.

A good reader
1. Does the five finger test
2. They can sound it out
3. Read books but while they read they get stuck on a word and they read it again until they know how to say that word by reading to the end of the sentence.
Thank you,

From Alp and Ayan

Hi Mrs Clift and 4/3 S,

This is Jem.
I think good readers:
1.do 5 finger test
2.If a person gets stuck on a word they will sound it out.
3.they will predict wat the story is about.

Good readers read the Title and the Blurb then look at the pitures.
If the reader gets stuck on a word they can skip it or sound it out or use the pictures.
They can look at the Author and Illustrater or look at the paintings.
The reader can predict before they read the book.

Hi Mrs clift,
I think that good readers makes good choices by picking a good book that they can read.
If they get stuck on a word they just sound it out.
If they can't sound it out properly they should just read to the end of the sentence.

HI Mrs Clift I think good readers are:

1.People that read very very hard books
that is non fiction.
2.People that read books but if they get to a word that they don' t know they
read it until they know or they sound it out or they ask their mum dad bigger
brother or sister to help!!!!
See you next time Mrs Clift and 4/3S

Good readers connect what they are reading to if they caught they self inside the book or it happened to them or a character had the same problem in another book. That's all I have for today goodbye Miss Clift.

Hi Gulalay, Rithe, Rachel, Sarah and Alp,

Wow! I am so impressed with your answers. You have been listening really well and have mentioned great reading strategies such as predicting, making connections, visualising and monitoring.

Can someone please explain what you mean by asking 'I wonder' questions? How does this make you a good reader?

There is one other strategy in the 'Super Six'.
What is it?

Please make your way to the Library for a commendation for being star bloggers!

I think I wonder questions are like when you wonder things in the book. You can wonder that have this happend to you before or you might be wondering that have someone ready did this to you before. You can also wonder that have this paragraph I just read was in a another book. You can wonder diffrent types of things in the book.
